- A patch test is required 48 hours prior to your treatment for spray tans, lash & brow tinting, lash lift and volume and false lashes
- We require 24 hours notice prior to your treatment if you need to cancel or change appointments so that we may re allocate your treatment time to someone else, or unfortunately we will have to charge you the full cost of the treatment booked
- Please inform us if you are pregnant, are on medication for high or low blood pressure, diabetes or suffer from convulsions or epilepsy, prior to making an appointment as some treatments may not be suitable
- CHILDREN – for consideration to clients who are undergoing relaxing quiet treatments the management respectfully request you do not bring your children with you to an appointment. Failure to observe this notice may result in you losing your appointment.
- UNDER 18 – Due to our new insurance policy the only treatment we are insured to carry out is a Nail Prep & Polish on 12-18 year olds, you MUST contact the Spa on 01525 381805 to book. Parental/guardian consent is required. Failure to do so could result in loss of treatment. Please let us know prior if a client is under 18
